• Learn about the history of cocoa, its origins and how it is transported to Môtiers NE.
• Understand the bean-to-bar process.
• Learn the technique of crystallising chocolate on marble and moulding an ‘original rather than unique’ bar and another bar filled with ganache.
  Make hot chocolate. 
• CHF 50.00 per person instead of CHF 75.00 (not included in the package).
